NFL ALUMNI / LEGENDS FOOTBALL CAMP
NFL Alumni, Burlington Township Police and Fire, and Burlington/Woodland Presbyterian Church Team Up to Present Youth Football Camp Burlington Township, NJ—The Philadelphia chapter of the NFL Alumni Association, the Burlington Township Police and Fire Departments, and the Burlington Presbyterian Church have teamed up to present a “fundamentals” football camp for youngsters 8 to 12 years old. The one-day camp, which was led by Super Bowl Champion Fred Baxter, took place on Saturday, July 24 at the Burlington Presbyterian Church, 300 Mill Rd. Burlington, NJ. Baxter played tight end for 11 seasons and spent time with the New York Jets, Chicago Bears, and New England Patriots. He played college football for Auburn University and was selected by the Jets in the 5th round of the 1993 NFL Draft. The camp was organized by Rev. Floyd White III, the pastor of Burlington/Woodland Presbyterian Church and former volunteer chaplain to the Philadelphia Eagles. Rev. White is also the president of the Woodland Community Development Corporation and served as the Director of the Camden County Office of Veterans Affairs from 2012 to 2019.
